This morning as I started up my surprisingly cold car, I began to think about my list of priorities, follow-ups, and where I wanted to focus my energy for the day.    As I sat there, my defroster made an amazing heart right in the middle of my windshield. While this seemed fitting as we are in the month of February ❤️, I quickly began to feel how blessed I am to #love what I do, the people with whom I do it, and, most importantly, those we do it for—our patients.   I reflected on when I was fortunate to invite Steve Farber to join my team’s leadership offsite about 18 months ago. We had a powerful session where we discussed the principles from his books “Love Is Just Damn Good Business" and “The Radical Leap.” Thank you, Steve, for sharing your pearls of wisdom that day—which has remained with me as a leader. It is a good reminder to do what you love in the service of people who love what you do!   This morning was also a lesson that I really should start parking in the garage... #lifelessons #leadership #loveisgoodbusiness
