One of our newest architecture team members, Laura Grupp, recently passed her final ARE® exam to become a licensed architect for the FINFROCK studio! Laura will be the 13th licensed architect in FINFROCK's architecture department and our 15th licensed architect company-wide! Congratulations, Laura 👏

It was great to see everyone at our sales meeting in Orlando over the last few days. Special thanks to our partner, FINFROCK , for giving us a tour of their plant.

Earlier this month we celebrated the last piece at The CenterPointe Apartments, our largest multifamily project to date with 401 residential units! ✅ We're so excited for this major project milestone with Emerson International and everyone who worked to get us this far. The speed and efficiency of our skilled crew is truly remarkable 🤯 Congratulations to all of our project teams and subcontractor partners! Now to the finish line!

Apopka-based Finfrock Construction LLC is slated to be the general contractor for the 8001 International Drive project. 👉From the Article: In June, Finfrock President William Finfrock confirmed his company is slated to be the design/build general contractor. “We've worked with Chuck dozens of times over the years so we have a really good working relationship with him, and I look forward to another successful project of his."

#UPORLANDO- Thank you to FINFROCK for welcoming our Development Director, Karlye, to speak at this month’s Tuesday TEA (Lunch ’n’ Learn) about the programs and services UP Orlando provides to our local community. 💙💚 The Finfrock teams were engaged, inquisitive, and caring; it was such fun to spend time with all of them! We hope to see you on our #UPOrlando campus soon to volunteer and meet our latest STEP (Success Training Employment Program) cohort #60. We look forward to exploring this partnership in empowering Central Florida individuals and families to lift themselves into sustainable economic self-sufficiency!

Last week concluded my 12-week summer internship at FINFROCK . Throughout this summer, I had the opportunity to gain a unique experience working in the office and the outside plant at FINFROCK. While expanding my knowledge about the field of engineering, I had the opportunity to work hands-on in construction and learn new computer software. During my engineering rotation, I learned valuable information about the load considerations for structures and foundation designs for various elements. Furthermore, my manufacturing rotation consisted of viewing engineering drawings, building with construction materials, pouring concrete, as well as, coordinating and preparing finished products to be transported to project sites. Thank you to everyone at FINFROCK for their warm welcome, guidance, and encouragement. FINFROCK provided an internship that was full of enriching information and experiences that helped me grow personally and professionally. I'm looking forward to using what I have learned in the next chapter of my career and am excited to see what the future holds!

This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to be an intern at FINFROCK in Apopka, Florida. During my internship, I worked in both the Manufacturing and the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) rotations. The manufacturing rotation gave me the chance to learn about the process of making precast concrete and to understand how difficult the manufacturing process is. In the VDC rotation, I used Revit to model mechanical, electrical, and plumbing piping systems. I am so grateful to have worked alongside such great people who were always willing to help. I learned so much about the entire engineering process this summer, thank you FINFROCK for the opportunity!
