Über uns
We exist to drive lasting social change. We view problems through a lens of humanity, evidence, and possibility. Our work is to discover what is needed and uncover what is possible and create solutions that shape a better tomorrow. We apply evidence-based strategies and breakthrough creativity to promote health and well-being for all, to shape effective and inclusive institutions, and build resilient communities. If you’re a thinker, innovator, learner, or leader, and want to make a real difference, we should talk. Fors Marsh is a place for change-makers from all walks of life. Our benefits care for the whole person, not just the professional. To ensure every voice is heard, we founded the Driving Inclusion and Valuing Equity (DIVE) Committee, Racial Equity Team, and Affinity Groups, and sponsor an annual Indigenous Internship Program. Our B Corporation certification represents our commitment to accountability, transparency, and equity. We are intentional about pursuing work and building partnerships that balance people, purpose, and planet. If you’re looking for bigger thinking and bigger impact, you’ve come to the right place.

We attended Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSAgov), HHS's National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment this week and we left charged and inspired. We heard from Ryan White’s mother, Jeanne White-Ginder, and were reminded of his tenacity, moved by his advocacy, and his commitment to fighting against stigma and educating the nation. We heard from the humans who are administering the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program across the nation and within communities. We heard from people with lived experience. One theme ran through – humanity. To advance HIV care and address workforce challenges in the communities that need it the most, we need to center the humans. As we reflect on this, we’re committed to continuing the conversation on ending HIV stigma. "Trusted managers can reiterate benefits and support health-seeking behaviors. I can't stress this enough... employees need to feel comfortable, they need to feel trusted, it is paramount," Matt Escoubas emphasized at the Wellness in the Workplace Summit on Monday. Hosted by Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the event highlighted best practices for recovery-ready workplaces, how to strengthen the behavioral health workforce, and foster employer buy-in. As our Director of Social Impact and Serve, Matt shared actionable steps from our Workplace Recovery Survey, including using benefits like paid leave, clearly communicating these benefits, creating spaces for mutual support meetings, and fostering a culture of open dialogue about SUD recovery. Supporting recovery in the workplace isn't just beneficial—it's essential. Learn more about how your organization can become recovery-friendly: https://lnkd.in/eRJCNmmt And stay tuned for our latest research findings in our data updates next month. #RecoveryReady #WorkplaceWellness #BehavioralHealth #SUDRecovery #SAMHSA #MentalHealthMatters

Partnering with The Children's Inn at NIH, which provides ‘A Place Like Home’ for families with children with rare and serious medical conditions, was an easy choice. Every day families staying at The Inn can find items that provide a little comfort and joy in their mailboxes. To surprise the residents, our volunteers from across the country got together to create individual "Thoughtful Treasures" along with handwritten and digital cards. Thank you to the staff at The Children’s Inn for the special opportunity.
