Congrats to our most recent Brand Value Winners 🌟 . This month’s winners are the team at Avondale Cottages in Franklin, TN. “This team truly lives our brand values. Especially, support each other, we’re a team! I had scheduled to stop by Avondale Cottages in the afternoon to meet the manager, Lindsey, and walk a unit that was left in bad condition. When I got there, I saw her car in a driveway a few doors down. When I went in that home, I found her and the maintenance supervisor downstairs mopping the floor and then upstairs I ran into the assistant manager vacuuming the carpets. These are large homes, and they really take a while to sparkle. Apparently, there was a move-in the next day, and they wanted it in pristine condition for the new residents. After chatting with them, I found out that it was the leasing agent’s move-in, who was back at Southwind covering that office. It was not even their move-in, but they cared so much about making sure everything looked great for the leasing agent. I was so impressed. These guys always have each other's back and are a ‘team’ in every sense of the word. I’m so proud to be a part of this team!” - Donnie Swaringen, Regional Manager .
