📢 We're Hiring: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) We're excited to announce that Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) is actively seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization! 🚀 🌟 A little about us: FLY is an award-winning Bay Area nonprofit dedicated to partnering with youth to unlock their potential, disrupt the pipeline to prison, and advance justice in California and beyond. Since 2000, we've empowered 2,000 young people annually through legal education, mentoring, and leadership training. Our team of about 100 staff and 150 volunteers operates from four offices across 40+ cities in the Bay Area. As our new CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our strategic and operational initiatives, nurturing our culture, expanding our programs, and advancing our mission. You'll work closely with the FLY Executive Team, oversee three executive team members, and manage an executive assistant. Your leadership will be instrumental in continuing FLY’s growth and impact across the San Francisco Bay Area! Did you know that the Oakland Public Safety Youth Leadership Council participated in the hiring process for the next Chief of the Department of Violence Prevention (DVP) and the next Chief of Police? This was the first time in history that a youth-led body has been present to represent youth voices at such a high level!
