Key Responsibilities: Oversee scanning operations and ensure quality. Manage digitization of space-based and airborne film. Maintain and calibrate scanning equipment. Convert raw TIFFs into GEOINT file formats. Handle IT requirements for secure, long-term storage. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in GIS, IT, or related field. 4+ years in digitization. Expertise with GEOINT software and film scanners. Strong leadership in managing digitization projects. Mid-Level Digitization Specialist Location: Springfield, VA Mission: Support the digitization of historical imagery and ensure equipment is operational. Key Responsibilities: Scan and digitize film. Maintain and calibrate scanners. Convert TIFFs into GEOINT formats. Support IT systems for storage and retrieval. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in GIS, IT, or related field. 2+ years in digitization. With extensive experience in ISR operations and leadership roles across various commands, Jimmy’s expertise will be invaluable to our mission.
