Thank you to everyone who assisted in the wonderful celebration today for our Ignite participants! More than 112 individuals with justice involvement between the ages of 18-24 are embarking on a new life path with new skills and opportunities to earn higher wages as a result of this program. Participants received CDL, HVAC, construction, medical, and welding training and certifications as well as job placement. With the support of this community, we are seeing lives changed through the power of work and workforce training. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this initiative. #TransformedLives #PowerofWork #SecondChances Eneydi Rivera Shirley Learn Office of US Senator Marco Rubio Capital Area Community Action Tallahassee State College The Goodwill® LifeLaunch: Ignite 2.0 Program is made possible with a $4.5 million young adult reentry partnership grant award with Goodwill Industries International (GII) from the Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration, covering 84 percent of operating costs.
