🌟🚧Breaking New Ground in Cleveland!🌟🚧 We’re thrilled to showcase our award-winning West Franklin Boulevard project, which included the installation of seven mini-roundabouts—the first of its kind in Cleveland! 🚗 🔄 This approach not only slowed traffic and enhanced safety but will also serve as a model for future roadway designs. Design began during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic; our team faced unique challenges in designing and engaging the community in an innovative traffic safety project. With traditional in-person meetings prohibited, we took a digital approach, creating a dedicated website to keep residents informed and involved as the project progressed. 🌟 Proud to make a difference! 🌟 GPD team members Daniel Meunier and Adam McDaniel, PE dedicated their time to a fantastic cause at a Home Depot Foundation Event. We helped paint murals to be hung in various veteran support centers with which HD Foundation partners, while other volunteers improved the landscape of the Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center. The Home Depot Foundation works to improve the lives and homes of US veterans. Since 2011, the Foundation has invested over $500M in veteran causes. GPD is honored to partner with The Home Depot, and we enjoyed volunteering and mingling at the network event later in the evening. Last week, our Akron Marketing team volunteered at Stewart's Caring Place: Cancer Wellness Center. We enjoyed assembling food and care packages while learning more about their incredible mission. Stewart’s Caring Place provides free support services and programs to individuals and families affected by cancer, regardless of age or stage. Our GPD Employees’ Foundation has also supported the Center as it works to meet the non-clinical needs of adults and children impacted by cancer.
