It's "Thank You Thursday" and we are excited to recognize two of our shining stars here at Grandview. Congrats to Cameron Clark, Director, Sterile Processing, and Corey "Hunter" Stewart, Radiation Therapist, Grandview Cancer Center. Cameron received the "Whatever It Takesl" award. He is being recognized for his dedication and hard work in leading his department to ensure all surgical procedures are equipped and ready each day! He comes in early and stays late so that he can interact with all of his shifts. He goes the extra mile to be certain his teams have what they need to get the job done. His department's important work behind the scenes impacts patient care even though they never see or interact with the patient. Cameron is a great asset to the facility and appreciated so much!! Hunter received the "All Things and More" award. Hunter exemplifies everything you want in a team member. It doesn't matter what the task, he finds a way to help or take something off someone else's plate. He hops in to help, even when that means 3 AM mornings to cover some shifts. He jumps right in to be all the things. He sets the tone for patient care and his self-proclaimed title on a sticky note is: lead therapist, master dosimetrist, physics specialist, amatuer director and junior rad onc.
