Unmoderated Prototype Testing in Great Question is here! Now, you can get fast, async user feedback on your Figma prototypes. Testing is supported on desktop and mobile, and it’s browser-based, so users never have to download an app to participate. Here’s how it works: ⚡️ Set up and launch a study in minutes. Sync with Figma to add a prototype link, set device type and recording permissions, and add tasks and survey questions for users to complete. 🌎 Test async with anyone, anywhere. Integrate with your CRM or import a CSV to test with your own users. Or, recruit from Respondent's panel of 3M+ verified B2B and B2C participants, right in Great Question. 📊 Analyze user feedback from every angle. View prototype performance at a glance with metrics, timelines, paths, and click maps. Dig deeper with recordings and transcripts, and create highlight reels to share with your team. “The unmoderated test functionality is freaking AWESOME," said Emily Drumm, UX Researcher at DonorDrive . "It allowed my team to quickly get feedback on a small thing that would have otherwise taken a lot of time and money with another tool.” Try it free for 14 days: https://lnkd.in/gkhgFFwa #uxdesign #uxresearch #userresearch #researchops

🎙 ResearchOps should report to Research, right? Not necessarily... For episode 5 of the Cha Cha Club's "It's a Great ResearchOps Question" podcast, host Kate Towsey sat down with: ⭐ Ed Gardner Lyon, Research Operations Lead at WiseStephanie Marsh, UX Research Operations Lead at Springer Nature GroupShane O., Senior Research Operations Program Manager at MongoDB (open to work! 💼) They discussed the pros and cons of ResearchOps reporting into research versus other ops functions like ProductOps or DesignOps. "One takeaway for any research managers listening to this is that there can be great benefits in moving ops out and next to you as a partner, allowing them to be embedded in a different team. You don't necessarily lose all of your operations goodness. You can just spread it wider across the organization." Link to episode 5 in the comments ⬇ #researchops #uxresearch #userresearch

Rob Barrett isn't a researcher by trade. So why does he use Great Question? As the Experian's Head of Innovation Portfolio, Rob supports and coaches 150 product managers in B2B product development. Customer research is key. But until last year, they didn't have any research tools or processes in place to set people up for success. “For our B2B customers, we need to speak to people and interview them. So we were looking for a tool that could help us manage participants, run and record interviews, and store insights." Then he discovered Great Question — an innovative research platform with everything their innovative team was looking for. Several things stood out, most notably: 🤝 The first-class customer support 🚀 The rapid product roadmap progression 🏡 The ease of having all things research in one place “Without Great Question, everything would be more manual. A lot more spreadsheets and filing. A lot of headaches and things going wrong." Check out Experian's full customer story here: https://lnkd.in/geS9A7iR #uxresearch #userresearch #researchops
