Spending a week in Palm Springs for the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) annual conference was not only H O T but also productive. John Rubino and I represented GreenRubino to learn and make connections with corporate partners and other certified businesses. I really resonated with Jenn Lederer’s message about how to connect with audiences—through a personal connection first before diving into business. And the next step is so important. Do your homework! Talk about your business in the context of their business. It’s so easy yet so often it’s missed. I was fortunate to have great matchmaker conversations with Michael Alexander, Simelia Eugene, MBA, and Angelique Solorio Alvarez on this premise and look forward to continued conversations! And that’s me as Audrey Hepburn. How’s that on connecting with audiences! 😉

On Monday, Google announced it is no longer phasing out third party cookies. For years marketers had been preparing for this phase out and innovating new future-proof strategies that are not reliant on 3P cookies. The good news?
