As a registered architect, he has led ground-up development and renovation projects, multisite migration, and consolidation initiatives. His impressive project portfolio includes mixed-use developments, commercial office buildings, and luxury multifamily residential projects, primarily in New York City. Throughout his career, Joel has managed project budgets up to $2.8 billion for facilities up to 2.3 million SF. His dual competencies in creative and project management encompass project capital budget assessment, feasibility study development, and the implementation of complex design and construction processes. Joel excels in navigating aggressive schedules and budget constraints, making him equally adept in architectural design and construction management, including core/shell and interior work.
