A good night's sleep seems like a simple goal, but it is very hard to achieve for those who are homeless. Thanks to a partnership with GL Homes, we are proud to make this possible for every person who transitions from our homeless shelters into their own home. Since 2015, Gulfstream Goodwill sends each guest to their new life with all of the items that every human being deserves, through the GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP PROGRAM. This program provides a bed, pillows, sheets, TV, towels, shower curtains, pots, plates, utensils and cleaning products! Together, Gulfstream Goodwill and GL Homes are making an impact in hundreds of lives every year. We are grateful to Channel 12 for recognizing the Good Night's Sleep program! • On this special day, we honor the incredible women who have paved the way for progress and those who continue to advocate for equality. At Gulfstream Goodwill, we proudly support and uplift women through various dedicated programs: Empowerment through Education: Our charter school provides women with the knowledge and skills to secure meaningful employment. Stability & Security through Housing: We offer comprehensive housing assistance to women and families in need, helping them find safe, stable homes with wrap-around services and support. Independence through Training and Job Placement: Our training and job placement services equip women with the skills to succeed in the workforce, fostering financial stability and independence. Let's continue to stand together, support one another, and push for a brighter, more equitable future.

  • The Back to School Party at Melissa’s Place would not have been complete without a visit from the snow cone truck courtesy of US Sugar. Those treats seem small, but they provided our housed children with a special experience to talk about on the first day of school, when other peers shared stories of summer trips. US Sugar generously provides backpacks filled with school supplies to ensure the children are well prepared for the start of school. Special thanks to Brannan Thomas at US Sugar for his work to make this event possible. Catch all the highlights from this event by visiting : goggi.org/us-sugar. @B

  • On this National Nonprofit Day, we reflect on our mission to serve individuals with barriers within our community. Through our housing programs, those experiencing homelessness are taken off the streets and provided with a safe place the lay their heads. Our charter school and adult day training program have been lifelines for individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing support, growth, and a sense of belonging. This is all made possible by the work of our dedicated staff and our phenomenal community partners. Today and every day, we thank you for walking this path with us. #NationalNonprofitDay #CommunitySupport #GGI

  • Through our partnership with the Gulfstream Goodwill Retail Store, our Treasure Coast Capabilities participants have the opportunity to learn transferable skills and earn $12.00/hour! This on-the-job training program teaches participants how to review garments for quality, hang and sort apparel, and inventory management. These items are then sold in the retail stores to help fund our mission programs.
