Forty Six Fifty is nearing completion in Upper Manhattan! Designed for Arden Group, the project includes over 200 residences and a variety of amenities including a large landscaped roofdeck. A public charter school, School in the Square, will occupy space on the building’s second and third floors, which includes a regulation-size basketball court. The ground level will include one of the largest supermarkets in Inwood. Residents will have spectacular views of Fort Tryon Park and the Hudson River beyond. 2 Harbor, recently completed on the South Boston waterfront for Beacon Capital Partners, blends the industrial character of the Seaport with modern design. Its striking facade pairs torqued copper bands with corrugated metal panels and expansive triple-glazed windows that fill the interiors with natural light. Designed for versatility, the building includes 500,000 sq. ft of world-class R&D facilities, welcoming open space, & wellness-infused amenities. Our 619 Ponce mass timber project is wrapping up in Atlanta, and Director Ryan Lobello, AIA CPHD recently joined the Mass Timber Group Summit to talk timber. 1800 Avenue is under construction in Weehawken! Located on the Hudson River across from Midtown Manhattan, 1800 Avenue will include 282 high-end, for sale residences along with extensive indoor and outdoor amenities including a new pedestrian plaza. The design takes inspiration from the river, with curved corners, fluid metal banding, and smooth glazing throughout.   The Noble is officially open in Philadelphia, bringing 360 rental units and a new flagship space for City Fitness to the city’s Northern Liberties neighborhood. Congrats to all of the Winthrop Center team members for winning a Green GOOD DESIGN Award from The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies and The Chicago Athenaeum Museum for Architecture and Design (quite a mouthful!).
