The Initiative on Land, Housing & Property Rights is now accepting applications for a Director of Policy! This role will lead the Initiative's Legislative and Policy Laboratory, developing impactful legal reform and policy proposals to address critical land and housing issues at local, state, and federal levels. The Director of Policy will also play a key role in shaping the Initiative's policy agenda, managing the policy team, and collaborating with stakeholders to advance the organization's mission to preserve and expand property rights for disadvantaged communities across the country.

The recent decrease in interest rates is equivalent to a 2 percent reduction in the price of the home, according to Daniel McCue. While that may sound significant, this year alone, the price of homes has inched up over 4.5 percent. “The bottom line: it’s not enough to kind of make up for these rising prices.” https://lnkd.in/e4K8Jdgs
