Congratulations Centennial Lakes Office Park managed by Cushman & Wakefield! Centennial Lakes Office Park is a nationally recognized Class A office complex located in the Southwest Metropolitan area of the Twin Cities consisting of five buildings with a combined square footage of 835,000. Three small lakes are joined by a walking path that passes each of the buildings, a retail plaza, restaurants and a medical office building. The buildings in the office complex range from six to nine stories with overall square footages ranging between 130,000 and 220,000 and floor plates between 22,000 and 26,000. Despite the differences in heights and sizes, the structures have an architectural unity with tan exteriors, large windows, common floor plates and little external ornamentation. Each of the buildings offers ample parking totaling 3,300 stalls. The complex also features two restaurants, a training room, numerous conference rooms and locker rooms.
