Impressed with how much initiative Hearst has taking in testing use cases across their business, per Mahendra Durai (2nd from right), as well as all the AI-driven reader-facing stuff BuzzFeed is cranking out under Dao Ngyuen (2nd from the left). But it was Francesco Marconi of AppliedXL who had the best, and I’d say optimistic take on what future content looks like in an AI-mediated world: interactive, customizable, personalized, able to tap into all the research the reporter or the publication has done on the topic.
