📊 Our tech-forward approach to advancing care helps us to use data to match the right caregiver with the right client. In turn, the right match leads to long-lasting relationships. At Help at Home, our average client-caregiver relationship spans four years. “Optimizing the matching process through data ensures the client is happy and that means they will most likely stay with us longer,” said Vice President of Business Intelligence Marek Bako.
