We would like to welcome Althea Ramsay Carrigan to the High Associates sales and leasing team! A native of Lancaster, Althea has been working in commercial real estate for over 25 years. She is the recipient of the 2023-2024 Lancaster County Association of Realtors Volunteer of the year award. She is also very active in her community as a member of the Columbia PA Historic Architectural Review Board, a volunteer for the Lancaster County Toys for Tots, and is a member of the Columbia Park Rangers which clean up and maintain the community parks and public spaces.
