BEST CLASS EVER! Say what? No way, back-to-back weeks with the best class ever! According to some of you, this seems impossible, but it is true. Last week we enjoyed coaching top leaders from the US Navy & United States Marine Corps and this week we had the great honor to coach the very best from the US Army. So, how is every class the BEST EVER? Well, because every class has unique experts who each have a great understanding on how to help organizations with their toughest challenges from solving Complex Problems to Driving Change to Building Coalitions in order to PERFORM and GROW! BEST WEEK & CLASS EVER! I started the week by joining 400 'Old Grads' and classmates from United States Military Academy at West Point to march 14 miles with the newest West Point class of 2028. These New Cadets are starting their military & life journeys with the motto 'No Calling Too Great' which is so appropriate as we foresee their futures by looking at the Best Class Ever and success of the Old Grads! Once again this week, the HigherEchelon, Inc. team had the great privilege to coach, teach and mentor Flag & General Officers from the US Navy and United States Marine Corps. These American heroes are wrapping up a phenomenal career and are excited to join the corporate sector to help organizations perform and grow by helping them solve the most complex problems like they did in the military. I look forward to returning to West Point on Saturday to watch these New Cadets get accepted into the #LongGrayLine. We are very grateful for all our teammates who provide outstanding mentoring and coaching!
