Hilma is hiring! We're looking for a Retail & Customer Success Associate to be on the front lines of our retail expansion as well as customer inquiries. The ideal for this hire is a candidate with 2-3 years experience in account management, retail operations and/or customer service. This person will work closely with the Director of Retail, Co-CEO, and Chief Brand Officer, and liaise with several functions – Fulfillment, Finance, and Buying teams. We need someone who is detail and process oriented; able to keep track of complex, cross-functional tasks and timelines; and has experience managing customer or client relationships directly.
