From his early days on the fabrication floor to his impressive transition into the office as our Manufacturing Administrator, Jesse exemplifies 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗧 and 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧. Whether tackling tasks on the floor or diving into complex prints, he approaches everything with exceptional skill and enthusiasm. Jesse’s relentless drive to learn and master every role has been key to his continued success. Jesse is thriving in his new office role, embracing the challenge of computer work and excelling in a typing class. His dedication to improving every skill is evident in everything he does. Starting his career right out of high school at Precision Stainless, Jesse built a solid foundation in the stainless steel industry, which has only grown stronger. Beyond his professional achievements, Jesse’s infectious humor and big smile brighten our days. His positive attitude makes every workday better. He continually demonstrates 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗧 and 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 to our values. As our Scheduler and Safety Manager, Kevin has made significant contributions by ensuring projects move forward timely. His meticulous scheduling and proactive management keep our operations running smoothly. Alongside his hands-on experience, Kevin’s advanced education—including a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership—has enhanced his effectiveness in these roles. The material you choose will impact the tank's durability, corrosion resistance, and overall performance. Although more exotic materials may provide superior durability and resistance to stress corrosion cracking in highly corrosive environments, the 300 Series Stainless Steels, such as 304L and 316L, offer a versatile and cost-effective choice for most general applications. Understanding the strengths and limitations of each material type is key to making proper alloy decisions. At HOLLOWAY, we specialize in fabricating pressure vessels not only from 300 Series Stainless Steel, but also from a wide range of exotic materials. Those exotic selections include AL6XN, Inconel 600, as well as Hastelloy grades C-276 and C-22 in order to meet your precise specification needs. “Together We Got This” was the HOLLOWAY motto during COVID in 2020. Despite masking and social distancing, the team grew closer than ever. Now, 4 years later, that phrase still rings true. The HOLLOWAY team has made it through challenging times, good times, and everything in between—together. The HOLLOWAY luncheon tradition was born with that very idea in mind. Since COVID, luncheons have grown to be quarterly events with delicious food, speakers, fellowship, opportunities for bonuses, and merch giveaways. For this luncheon, 2 massive banners were hung in the fabrication shop with a new phrase: “WE ARE HOLLOWAY.” To build a strong team, it is important to establish TRUST and ensure that everyone is on the same page. Part of the quarterly luncheons is a “state of the union address” for the company. Associates have expressed an appreciation for the transparency and comradery that the luncheons provide—celebrating successes and recommitting to our goals. This luncheon had a massive merch giveaway, including shirts, sweatshirts, and hats for team members and their families. “My favorite part of the company luncheons is seeing everybody together and remembering that we are all working toward the same goal,” said a HOLLOWAY team member. It was wonderful to see everyone and welcome some new faces! Thank you to People Feeding People for cooking an outstanding meal, thank you to the team members who made this event possible, and thank you to everyone for attending the 2024 2nd Quarter HOLLOWAY Luncheon!

Nate and Rick from HOLLOWAY turned up the excitement with their Shank the Hank long drive competition, making amazing connections along the way. A massive shoutout to DPR for clinching the win in a nail-biting finish that had everyone on the edge of their seats! 🏆
