His responsibilities include safe and efficient wood treatment while following Hoover regulations. Luis started with Hoover as a General Laborer at our plywood stacker and then became the backup operator. When the opportunity presented itself to Luis to help us in the treating plant, he arose to the occasion. Luis first learned to treat at our MCA plant and then became our Pyro Plant operator.
