This organization is part of the Church of the Disciples of Christ and is dedicated to serving the most vulnerable members of the community. They offer rehabilitation and support activities, as well as meal preparation. "We assisted the Disciples of Christ Church with the preparation and delivery of meals to the unhoused community."

Congrats to Monica Mota who has been named a participant in the 2024 Executive Energy Leadership Academy (#EnergyExecs) hosted by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL)! Monica's journey into the energy sector began through HORNE’s significant work in deploying over $2 billion in energy programs in Puerto Rico, including residential solar plus battery energy storage systems. Supported by HORNE Puerto Rico partner Samir El Hage, Monica's involvement with the NREL program is a fantastic opportunity to network with industry and government leaders and learn about cutting-edge renewable energy technologies.

Our #SeasonsOfService project highlight this week is with Mississippi Food Network in Ridgeland, MS. Our team members packaged food boxes for seniors, completing 20 crates, with 50 boxes per crate. These boxes will be delivered to those in need at local senior citizen facilities.
