Texas native Benjamin Olivares (Benji) joined Hunt Realty Investments as a summer intern to gain first-hand experience in the real estate industry. With a passion for both medicine and engineering, Benji is pursuing a Surgical Technologist degree and plans to study Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. During his internship, he's learned the importance of collaboration and adaptability. #Dallas' annual satisfaction survey revealed that most residents view the city as a great place to live, with many citing their neighborhoods as a positive aspect. Residents are also increasingly optimistic about doing business in the fast-growing city compared to last year.

City of Frisco Council members, along with its Economic and Community Development Corporations, recently approved a master development agreement for the highly anticipated Fields West mixed-use project. The agreement includes a performance-based incentive program valued at up to $94.5 million that will directly support the construction of public facilities and crucial infrastructure within #FieldsWest.
