Last week our interns competed in our annual Ideation & Innovation Challenge. Throughout this summer-long project they are divided into cross-functional teams and challenged to develop solutions to solve customer problems or business needs. This year, they focused on incorporating innovative technologies into their products, services, and solutions. Teams found ways to enhance inventory stocking and eGrocery capabilities, aid Technicians in identifying refrigeration parts and reach remote service calls, and much more. It’s Thank You Thursdays!  This week, we are shining a spotlight on Hussmann! A long-time supporter of United Way of Greater St. Louis, Hussmann had an outstanding 2023 campaign, raising 17% more funds to benefit our community!  We’re excited to honor Rebecca Mongera as the Employee Campaign Coordinator leading the Hussmann team. Becky led a fantastic planning committee and supported numerous events, including agency speaker sessions, Trivia Night and Silent Auction, a Fall Festival, and more. Last week Hussmann completed the fifth annual Fit2Be Cancer Free Challenge, benefitting the American Cancer Society! Employees participated across the United States, Latin America, India, and Canada, with Hussmann collectively walking over 75,500,000 steps! Hussmann is proud to be engaged in this Community Stewardship.
