At 2,000+ lbs., this Hyspan high-pressure expansion joint went out to a power industry customer on an emergency order. For large lateral motions or combined axial and lateral displacements our Series 1511R Tied Universal Expansion Joints are the answer. Tied Universal configurations are ideally suited for “floating” systems where pressure thrust restraint main anchors are not practical and lateral motions are involved.
