These individuals support programs to foster a positive and engaged environment, communicate policies, and work with local management to resolve associate relations issues as needed. Being bilingual in Spanish is an exceptionally valued skill set. Success Criteria * Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field preferred * SHRM CP-SCP/PHR/SPHR * 5+ years of HR Generalist experience that includes accountability for the HR functions in a diverse environment * 5+ years with an hourly workforce in a fast-paced environment required * 5+ years of strong recruitment experience preferred * Strong oral and written skill set * Strong organizational skills * Experience with ADP platform -- Workforce Now (WFN) * Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 operation We are an employer of choice and globally recognized by HappyIndex®AtWork.
