Big news in Federal Way: "Amazon.com Inc. has recently leased a newly built warehouse in Federal Way. According to an announcement from Industrial Realty Group, the e-commerce giant is now the tenant of a 225,882-square-foot facility at 33815 Weyerhaeuser Way S. The Amazon lease represents one of two new buildings that IRG recently completed at the Woodbridge campus — together totaling about 440,000 square feet of Class A state-of-the-art industrial space."
