We are pleased to announce a significant milestone today. Infleqtion UK has achieved a world-first flight demonstration of two core #quantum technologies— our optical atomic clock, #Tiqker, and ultracold quantum matter—that have the potential to revolutionize Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). Ensuring educators and instructors have the right tools to teach and train current, and future generations of students in academia, as well as scientists and engineers in private industry, is equitable and widely available is central to what we are doing at Infleqtion. Through our partnership with QuSTEAM, we are working to bring the #desqtopMOT - the world's only commercially available atom-based platform - to quantum education and application laboratories around the United States, and beyond. Join Pranav Gokhale and Peter Noell at the Chicago Quantum Exchange Workshop on Quantum Computing Use Cases in Security 🗓 August 26, 2024, from 2:00 - 4:30 pm 🗺 Discovery Partners Institute, 200 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL This short workshop will facilitate a discussion on the progress and applications of quantum computing in information security, and develop relationships between leaders in industry and research. Through a combination of short talks, demonstrations, and small group conversations, the workshop will discuss recent applications that leverage quantum computing for information security, binary classification and other QML approaches to detect anomalies or compromises in network traffic data, and others.

The Infleqtion quantum computing team just released a landmark paper detailing the progress in our neutral-atom quantum computing program. Multiple innovations in fast atom addressing, record gate fidelities, non-destructive state-selective readout and much else besides. These results represent a critical step towards large-scale, fault-tolerant quantum computers that can deliver real commercial value. I'm excited to be working alongside folks like Mark Saffman Thomas Noel Alexander Radnaev Pranav Gokhale Pat Tang Eric Copenhaver and the many others on this excellent team!
