Because this control assessment validates more than our capacity to design a high quality standard experience for training over more than 30 criteria : it checks after 20 months that we've turned our ideas into reality by proofing any steps of our relationship with both customer and participant. 🧐 🥖 🇫🇷 So why does it matter and why not post in French ?
