#Apprentices in Des Moines, IA, are helping build up their city as part of a #workbased learning experience created by the Ironworkers Local 67 union in collaboration with Iowa Workforce Development and the Iowa Office of Apprenticeship. With classes on the weekend, apprentices fill the rest of their time on a job site while learning from mentors and co-workers with decades of experience.
