Reliable water solutions – Guaranteed water quality and quantity

Über uns

Iv3Aqua is a comprehensive water and wastewater management company building on three decades of industry-leading experience from 1,000+ water and wastewater plants globally. Members of our team previously worked together at two $1 billion+ successful NYSE listed water companies: Ionics (design/build 1,000+ water and wastewater plants; acquired by GE Water for $1.4 billion in 2005) and Seven Seas Water/AquaVenture Holdings (owner of 150+ water/wastewater plants in the Caribbean, Latin America and the US; acquired by Culligan Water for $1.1 billion in 2020). We continue to focus on RELIABILITY as a water partner. We are technology agnostic. We do not sell technology, engineering or construction services. Our business model is aligned with the interest of our customers: we guarantee water quality and quantity. Iv3 Aqua was established to build a global water and wastewater business for the long term. We are owners in Subic Water and Sewerage Co. (SUBICWATER), Philippines, and owners and operators of Qurayyat Independent Water Project, a 200,000 cubic meters per day seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant in the Sultanate of Oman. Both are operated under long-term contracts.

  • Friday March 22 is World Water Day 2024. The theme this year is "Water for Peace". Water can create peace or spark conflict. Prosperity and peace rely on water. More than 3 billion people worldwide depend on water that crosses national borders. Roughly half of the world's population is experiencing severe water scarcity for at least part of the year. Iv3 Aqua supports the United Nations' global campaign on "Water for Peace".
