Yesterday at J.Crew Factory New York HQ, we celebrated an exciting new upgrade to the market of our largest office kitchen! We added a premium selection of snacks, as well as unlimited cold brew, kombucha, and black tea to keep our team fueled throughout the day 🥤.    To celebrate the newness, we treated our associates to limited-edition branded tumblers, delicious Popup Bagels (an office favorite 🥯), and an exciting raffle with some grand prizes! 🎟️   In our hybrid working model, we especially treasure these special in office moments, reminding us how great it is to come together and celebrate in person!   #JCrewFactory

We're honored and thrilled to share some incredible news from our J.Crew Factory family! Today, we were deeply humbled to receive the St. Jude New Corporate Partner of the Year award, presented by ALSAC and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to supporting St. Jude through initiatives and fundraising events during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in September and St. Jude Thanks and Giving®.   Our very own Jody Gietl had the privilege of accepting the award at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC while onsite with his team. It was an unforgettable moment filled with inspiration, gratitude, and the shared mission of making a difference in the lives of children and families.   At J.Crew Factory, we are moved beyond words by this recognition. Our partnership with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC allows us to contribute to a cause close to our hearts: ensuring families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food—so they can focus on helping their child live. Earlier this week, our New York HQ associates had the opportunity to join our Belonging and Social Impact team and our Family Associate Impact Group (AIG) to support local families by partnering with the Projects With Care. Together, we are making a difference by helping collect and distribute school supplies for children in NYC.    This impactful way to give back is particularly significant, given that thousands of children live in the NYC shelter system and that school supplies are a necessity most families cannot afford. This initiative is making a real difference in the lives of these families.   This year, we donated 60 backpacks, which provided each child with a new outfit, shoes, backpack, and grade-specific school supplies for the entire academic year.    We all know what a difference a good outfit can make, and we hope we made back-to-school a little easier for these kids as they begin the upcoming school year. That’s a wrap 🎬!   Our J.Crew Group Technology team just completed their second annual Tech Summer Camp and the momentum is palpable ✨.    Our JCG Chief Information Officer, Danielle Schmelkin said it best, “Our mostly remote and hybrid tech team came together for a fantastic event filled with inspiration, innovation, and some much-needed face-to-face time.
