So today I'm speaking (via prerecorded video) to the Texas Bar's Advanced Civil Trial CLE about changes to charge-error in Texas, specifically Casteel error. That's a specific type of charge error that comes from submitting multiple theories in a single question. Recently, the Texas Supreme Court drastically changed what constitutes Casteel error and the resulting harm. Here's my CLE paper addressing the changes and some ideas about where I think we go from here.

I had an excellent opportunity to attend the Trade and Economic Development MIssion: Panama and the "Texas Triangle" hosted by USPA and ProPanamaOrg.
