As our Summer Internship Program wraps up, we want to congratulate our interns on completing their time at Kiss Products, Inc. Throughout the summer, they worked alongside our creative, communications, e-commerce, IT, legal, marketing, product, strategy and planning, and supply chain teams, contributing to daily tasks, long-term projects, and content creation. In addition to their team-specific work, our interns worked on a month-long group project that provided an opportunity to solve issues from a cross-functional perspective. Each team researched and developed strategies to enhance sales and marketing for younger audiences across our brands, presenting their findings to KISS executives on National Intern Day. The Career Pathways Program is an information session where our interns are able to hear from Kiss employees and their career journey. Check out our latest viral CGI product activation at The Berry for Kiss Products, Inc. - filmed in their hometown of NYC. 💅 This might just be our new favourite project, and I think you have to hand it to us, I think we nailed it! (yes double pun intended) I particularly love this project as although the Salon X-Tend product looks brilliant and well polished (like most other FOOH / mixed reality films out there), we've again gone that extra mile to ensure we've clearly demonstrated its practical use too. On Wednesday, June 19th, Kiss Products, Inc. commemorated Juneteenth in celebration of the resilience and achievements of African Americans and the continuing fight for freedom and justice. To mark this momentous occasion and demonstrate our solidarity with our local community, KISS donated some of our most popular Lash and Nail products to share the joy of beauty with festival-goers attending “Juneteenth in Queens: The Resilient City in Jamaica” at Roy Wilkins Park. In partnership between Ivy Beauty and BUILD, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing educational and socioeconomic disparities nationwide, we also announced our contributions towards BUILDFest NYC 2024, where over 700 students will participate in the year-end student showcase of their achievements. At our Headquarters, our friends at KISS Café curated a special Juneteenth-inspired menu in honor of the rich culinary traditions of African Americans. Employees had a chance to take a moment of silent reflection on some of the most inspirational quotes celebrating freedom and justice, as well as deepen and test their knowledge of the significance of Juneteenth, with a chance to win special prizes sourced from Black-owned businesses. Juneteenth was a chance for us to unite, learn, and appreciate the resilience and freedom that the day represents. On June 7, 2024, Kiss Products, Inc. joined Residents Forward of Port Washington as one of the evening’s Honorees at this year’s gala, “Our Waterfront, Our Community, Our Home.”  Residents Forward, founded in 1968, is a community organization dedicated to sustainable growth and protection of the environment, enhancing the quality of life and environmental awareness across the entire Port Washington Peninsula. This year’s gala brought together community leaders such as Councilwoman Mariann Dalimonte of the Town of North Hempstead- an Honoree of the evening- as well as the broader members of the community who showed their avid support for Residents Forward in their biggest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds from the event will go towards critical programs led by Residents Forward including community beautification initiatives and environmental education programs for the residents of Port Washington. Deeply ingrained in the local community, KISS collaborates closely with organizations like Residents Forward to give back meaningfully. In partnership with Residents Forward, KISS has contributed to key programs such as the restoration of Blumenfeld Family Park's gardens, the Annual Main Street Planter Program, as well as education programs for environmental sustainability for local youth.

In celebration of #InternationalWomensDay, Her Campus Media joined imPRESS Press-On Falsies (Kiss Products, Inc.) to launch the imPRESS for Success Scholarship, a scholarship program meant to empower college students to follow their dreams while embracing their confidence and beauty. Kiss Products, Inc. recently announced the start of KISSWay 2.0! 🎉 The KISSWay is our company’s road that brings all of us together on the success journey. KISSWay 2.0 aims to provide more specific guidance for employees on how to apply the KISSWay into our daily work lives.
