From the administrative staff, PT, OT, CNA’s and nursing staff poured out with professional and safety at hand… my mom was seen there for 22 days with a fractured pelvis, I was so impressed with the facility…. A true 5 out of 5, the only negative issue that was observed was the kitchen chef and their staff, they did not serve the menu items and some of the dishes were less than stellar. Haaavvvve you met Sadie? She’s one of the amazing CNA caregivers at LPAR. Sadie has been dedicated to proving excellent care to our residents for almost 4 years. We love our Friday Coffee Connections because it gives us a chance to chat with amazing people like her.
