Altogether, there are eight schools in the Lakeland Central School District: five elementary (Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson in Yorktown Heights, George Washington and Van Cortlandtville in Mohegan Lake, Lincoln-Titus in Crompond); one middle school (Lakeland Copper Beech in Yorktown Heights), and two high schools (Lakeland in Shrub Oak and Walter Panas in Cortlandt Manor).
