Our interns did fantastic work across the business helping us solve problems, ideate solutions, while bringing in new perspectives. Earlier this month, they all completed their final presentations to bring their internship experience to an end. We want to send out a sincere thank you to our #Classof2024. After an incredible 2+ years in the Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) at Land O’Lakes I’m thrilled to share that I’ve accepted a position on the Dairy Foods Data & Analytics team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer! During my TAP journey, I had the privilege of rotating through various technical and functional roles, gaining hands-on experience and collaborating with talented professionals. From diving into Salesforce development to working with cybersecurity vendors, working to advance agile maturity, and even developing an entire application on my own, every moment was a learning opportunity with takeaways that I will leverage throughout the rest of my professional career. The biggest gift I received from my time in the TAP program was how it allowed me to develop so many great relationships with other young professionals, inside IT and outside, who I can now call good friends. These relationships are not something I take for granted, and I have Land O'Lakes and the TAP program to thank for them. As a BI Engineer, I’m excited to leverage my skills in data modeling and visualization, as well as my problem-solving, outcome-driven mindset, to drive impactful insights for our Dairy Foods division. Thank you to Land O’Lakes and every single person who I have crossed paths with so far, for this incredible journey!
