For many, September 11, 2001, began like any other weekday. Work, coffee, children headed off to school. Patriot Day on September 11th honors the memory of the nearly 3,000 innocent victims who died in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Each year Americans dedicate this day to remembering those who died and the first responders who risked their own lives to save others.

For all of those before us and all that continue to grind and do what we love. Happy Labor Day from Leslie Kay's Insurance.

Leslie Kay’s will be attending the National HUG (HawkSoft Users Group) Conference in San Diego, California the first week of April. We will be networking with fellow HawkSoft agents and sharing knowledge and experiences. Finding solutions to business challenges within our agency, and so much more. We will be migrating to a new version of our current client management system later this year. This new version will bring a more efficient and user-friendly to the way we service our clients. As always Leslie Kay’s, improving our game so we can better serve our clients.

Tis the season! Just as people today decorate their homes during the holiday season with pine, spruce, and fir trees, many ancient civilizations hung evergreen boughs over their doors and windows. It was believed that evergreens would keep away witches, ghosts, evil spirits, and illness. Germany is credited with starting the Christmas tree tradition—as we now know it. Every year, we put up and decorate a tree in the lobby of the office. It's a fun event for all the staff and puts us all in the Christmas spirit. Thank you, Grace, for putting the final touches on the LKI Christmas tree!
