    STOP obsessing over new customer acquisition. These 3 metrics are FAR more important: #1 Product usage - are users engaged? #2 Time to value - how quickly do users see value? #3 Churn rate - how often do users disappear? Since launching Limelight 5 months ago, we’ve grown 150% MoM by focusing on these metrics. I’m constantly asking: Is onboarding simple? Is UX intuitive and clean? Is our value proposition clear?     Keep it tight. My #1 tip for early-stage founders. Focus on nailing product-market fit with tiny teams. A lot of founders want: - Polished decks - Established teams - Fancy org workflows - Lots of product features - 360° marketing campaigns But “polished” isn’t realistic. Founding teams SHOULD feel scrappy. With the sole focus being: - Getting real user feedback - Understanding demand - Tight feedback loops - Building & testing - Iterating fast Small teams are agile; they adapt quick (less clunkiness/bureaucracy). The main benefit of them isn't: → Lower overheads →Ability to extend runway It's that you find product-market fit, faster. (Thanks to less time spent on alignment, communication and convincing teams to adapt) More people, products and processes do not ≠ more profit. Product-market fit does. It's easier to find this with 3 people. Than 30. (No matter how good the people are). That’s been my experience ✌️
