As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting and engaging with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Sales: Actively promote and sell Lisa Says Gah! products, ensuring customers are informed about our latest collections and offerings. POS Transactions: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling electronic payments with precision. Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining an attractive and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Lisa Says Gah! products to effectively assist customers with inquiries and product recommendations. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, notifying management of low stock or popular items. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a secure and efficient store operation. Requirements: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
