The Louisiana Fried Chicken Sandwich Challenge kicked off last week in Los Angeles and continued Tuesday night in Houston. We had two fantastic events with five very strong competitors at each! The winner in L.A. cooked up a sweet and spicy take on a Nashville hot chicken sandwich (using local L.A. apricots from his backyard in a hot honey), and the winner in Houston cooked up an Asian-inspired sandwich with an herb salad.    Follow along at #LFFChickenChallenge and @lafishfry on social as we continue our search for America's best at-home fried chicken sandwich in New Orleans, Chicago, and Baltimore.
