The client is flexible regarding the work arrangement, offering the option for this role to be remote or based in Scottsdale or Chicagoland, which is their home base.   Responsibilities: · Manage all construction and renovation projects in the principal’s residential portfolio. · Travel to and inspect work and homes to ensure the work is completed in an A+ manner. · Establish systems/standards to ensure residences are maintained in pristine condition. · Provide an annual list of proposed capital expenditures by property to the principal’s accountant.   Qualifications: · Significant experience managing day-to-day construction details and decisions for luxury residential properties. · Knowledge of best industry practices and general compliance/permit requirements throughout the US. · A bachelor’s degree or a strong background in the trades is preferred. · Impeccable professional history with excellent verifiable references. · Solid executive skill set.
