With an extensive 30-plus-year career highlighted by professional culinary experiences at numerous upscale country clubs, hotels, and restaurants, Chef Colin will now take the helm, overseeing MCC’s 1915 Grille, Mountain View Lounge, Men’s Grill, banquets, and holiday celebrations. Chef Colin's culinary philosophy revolves around collaborating with purveyors and regional producers to source the finest ingredients locally and globally. His culinary style seamlessly integrates his regional upbringing in Jasper, Tennessee with a wealth of international influences gathered through a lifetime of travel. We are confident that Chef Colin is the perfect candidate to lead the Club into the future and drive our culinary program to the next level. Welcome, Chef!
