Do you know the percentage of people that achieve the goals they set? This stat blows me away... 8 percent. That means 92% don’t. Every single person in the world has goals. Most of the time it’s getting a certain job, or trying to hit a certain level of income, getting in better shape or growing a relationship. Sometimes your goals are big. Sometimes they’re small... but you have something you’re chasing. We all do. So let me ask you... with all the people in the world, with all those goals, why is the percentage of people who actually achieve their goals so small? I don't want to oversimplify it... but it's usually because there's a gap. If you’re really honest with yourself, you know where your gap is… “I can’t find the time” “This week (or month or year) got away from me” “I’m not ready yet” You tell yourself these reasons why you CAN’T and end up killing your momentum before you even build any. So what’s the solution? Do it messy. Do it scared. Do it anyway. Like Nike says "Just do it." There’s this idea that everything needs to feel perfect and polished before you take the first or next step... And that mentality will keep you stuck and waiting for way too long... sometimes your whole life. Here's the thing... Real success is messy… you go up and down, forward and backward. Real success is recognizing you’re scared… and choosing to take action anyway. Real success is going after your next level… even if your current one isn’t perfect. That's how you become part of the 8%. Will you be part of the 8%?

Did you know that it can take 3-5 years for the bamboo plant to show any signs of growth? 🎋😳 For years, it shows no signs of growth above the ground. But during this time, you still have to put in the work to nurture it so that it can establish itself -- growing its roots and preparing for an extraordinary burst of growth. Then one day, seemingly out of nowhere, the bamboo plant can grow up to 90 feet tall in just six weeks. It grows like crazy! Just like bamboo your entrepreneurial or personal growth journey may not always be visible right away. You might feel like you're putting in a lot of effort without seeing immediate results. But remember, every small step you take is nurturing your roots and building a strong foundation for your incredible future. So even when it feels like nothing is changing, when you can't see the work you're putting in paying off right away just remember to keep putting in the work. Your time to flourish will come. It's been an incredible weekend spending time with our Mastermind family at the Mastermind World Summit 2024. So many budding business owners and established entrepreneurs putting in the work when maybe no one is watching so they can create a bigger and better future for themselves and their families.
