Our CEO and President, Mary Leary, is featured alongside four other industry leaders in the publication, “The Entrepreneurial Spirit of Seniors Housing: Thoughts, Stories, and Lessons on Leadership” by the American Seniors Housing Association. The collection features perspectives from leaders who have contributed enormously to their respective organizations and to the senior living industry. Within her chapter, they write: “Mary Leary has had her finger on the pulse of [the industry] for nearly four decades…and has also earned the moniker of ‘Changemaker’ which will come in handy as the industry adapts to the needs of the baby boomers.”
