Cheers for Peers is a monthly program that recognizes Mercantile employees who have gone above and beyond. Recipients are selected by their peers and choose a nonprofit to receive a $500 donation. This week we celebrate our interns and are reflecting on all the great work they've already accomplished here at Merc this summer. Recently, they spent time outside of the office touring the Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University - pictured here. We're so thankful for all they bring to our team. #NationalInternDay
