Exciting Times At Merrill Gardens Hillsboro! As we are getting closer to opening we are going to start posting some community roles that we are looking to get filled quickly. One of the biggest areas of focus for Merrill is care for our seniors. We are looking for an experienced RN that will have a care first mindset. We are looking for someone that will be able to lead the care staff and looking for a new exciting challenge of being able to build your team from the ground up! I am incredibly proud of my Merrill Gardens colleague, GM/ED Henry Cole, for delivering an inspiring presentation at the Argentum Senior Living Workforce Symposium on his unique experiences as an immigrant from Liberia and how they relate to other immigrant workers in the senior living industry.
