It’s a wrap for MetLife Korea’s #Hack4Job, the first-of-its-kind technology recruitment hackathon for the Korean insurance industry. 110 participants were divided into two tracks — security and development —and worked to solve challenges of their choice. MetLife employees were on hand to serve as mentors, providing real-time feedback (and snacks!) to the teams as they worked through the night. “It was an exhilarating experience for me to witness the creativity, spirit, and professionalism,” celebrates MetLife’s SVP and CIO of Asia, Siew Choo Soh, “truly a first-class show of commitment and talent!” Congratulations to the top 3 winning teams and all participants.
